On February 28, 2019, following the filing of a motion by the Receiver, the Superior Court of Quebec issued an Order approving the sale of certain assets of the Debtors. We refer you to the order dated February 28, 2019 for more details.
On January 10, 2019, PwC became the Receiver in respect of the property of Cirbin Inc. and 9158-7147 Québec Inc. pursuant to a Court Order rendered by the Superior Court of Quebec.
Take notice that the Proposal was accepted by the creditors at the meeting held on November 6, 2018. An application to approve the proposal will be made to the Court, at 1111 Jacques-Cartier Blvd East, Room 1.25, Longueuil, Quebec J4M 2J6, on the 15th day of November 2018, at 9:30 am.
Take notice that Cirbin Inc., doing business as Campagna Motors, has lodged with us a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
A general meeting of the creditors will be held at the office of the Trustee, 1250 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, Suite 2500, Boardroom 2569, Montréal, Quebec H3B 4Y1 on the 6th day of November, 2018 at 10:00 am.
Should the creditors accept the proposal at the meeting, an application will be made to the Court, at 1111 Jacques-Cartier Blvd East, Room 1.25, Longueuil, Quebec J4M 2J6 on the 15th day of November, 2018, at 9:30 am, to approve the proposal.
TAKE NOTICE that Cirbin Inc. has obtained from the Court, on August 30, 2018, a first extension of forty-five days, i.e. until October 16, 2018, to file a proposal.
Cirbin Inc. has filed with the Official Receiver a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 3rd day of August 2018.
