Status of file as of July 16, 2026

Exprolink Inc. has filed an assignment on the 8th day of July 2026, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee (Eric Tadros, CPA, CIRP, LIT, CFE), was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on July 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., by videoconference, the access link for which can be obtained by communicating with the Trustee at the following address: ca_pwc_qc@pwc.com.

Status of file as of July 7, 2026

Exprolink Inc. (the "Debtor") has filed with the Official Receiver a “Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal” pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on June 29, 2026.

Pursuant to Section 69 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, all proceedings against the Debtor are stayed as of the date of filing the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal with the Official Receiver.
