At PwC Canada, we’re dedicated to fostering an equitable and inclusive environment that helps Black and Indigenous professionals feel a genuine sense of belonging and realize their full potential.
Our Black and Indigenous Students Award and Mentorship Program is designed to alleviate financial burdens while providing transformative career experiences. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to nurturing diversity and empowerment in the workplace.
Each recipient will receive a CA$5,000* award, offered alongside a paid employment opportunity at PwC Canada, either through a summer internship or co-op position.
Award recipients will be paired with a seasoned professional from PwC Canada, who will provide valuable mentorship and coaching throughout the program.
Award recipients will be invited to our quarterly insight sessions, which are designed to help equip them with the knowledge and skills needed for their future careers.
*The award is subject to required deductions.
Candidates must self-identify as Black and/or Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit or Métis) in their summer internship or co-op application to be considered for this award.
Successful candidates will be invited to a final interview in-office.
After completing the interview process, candidates will be assessed by PwC Canada’s Award Selection Panel, and recipients will be notified accordingly.
