Gimena last worked at PwC Canada in 2020 as a Director, Business Development in Calgary. She is now the founder of her own company, where she provides organizations with access to top on-demand sales and marketing experts that help revenue growth. Congratulations, Gimena!

Lana Pawziuk

Lana last worked for PwC Canada in 2018 leading the external go-to-market strategy for Campus & Experienced Recruitment and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in Toronto. She is a digital marketing and transformation leader who recently took on a new role as Vice-president, Digital Marketing, at Wellington-Altus. Congratulations, Lana!

Shahrukh (Shak) Shah

Shak last worked for PwC in 2020 in Toronto and was with the firm for 15 years. He recently founded his own independent accounting consulting practice and is passionate about bringing awareness to mental health and mental illnesses and creating a safe space for people to be themselves. Congratulations, Shak!

Atlantic New Year Alumni Cocktail

On January 18, 2024 our Halifax office hosted an Atlantic Canada New Year Alumni cocktail event at our offices. Alumni attendees reconnected over delicious food and drink.

GTA Marquee Alumni event

On January 18, 2024 the GTA hosted their Annual Marquee Alumni event at the Ritz Carlton. Lana Paton, GTA and SWO Vice-Chair and Managing Partner, led an insightful fireside chat with JF Perrault, Senior Vice-President & Chief Economist at Scotiabank on the state of the economy in 2024. The evening was capped off by a cocktail reception.

PwC Vancouver Alumni Learning and Development event: Cybersecurity and Crisis

On December 7, 2023 our PwC Vancouver office hosted two Alumni Learning & Development sessions on Cybersecurity and Crisis Resilience. The presentation explored the findings from the latest Digital Trust Insights survey. Participants earned CPD credits.

PwC Calgary Marquee Alumni event

On December 7, 2023 our PwC Calgary office hosted their Marquee Alumni event at Teatro Ristorante. PwC Alumni got a chance to reconnect and network over cocktails and delicious eats.

GTA Mining Alumni event

On December 11, 2023 our PwC GTA Mining teams hosted an Alumni holiday celebration at the P.J. O'Brien Irish Pub & Restaurant, where they got the chance to reconnect over delish food and drinks!  

PwC Calgary Alumni Learning & Development Session: Gen AI and Cybersecurity

On November 28, 2023 our PwC Calgary office hosted an Alumni Learning & Development session at the Westin Calgary, which covered trends in Generative AI and Cybersecurity by PwC experts, Bahar Sateli and Jessica Wiseman. The attendees got a chance to reconnect with their Alumni peers over breakfast, and also earned CPD credits.

GTA Risk Assurance Alumni event

On November 27, 2023, our Risk Assurance team threw a reunion party for all PwC Canada Risk Assurance Alumni in the GTA. A good time was had by all, as old pals caught up over great food and cocktails. Cheers to a night of making new, meaningful connections and nurturing old ones.

Montreal’s Annual state of the economy presentation - Alumni 2023

On November 28, 2023, our Montreal Alumni community gathered at our downtown offices for a session featuring Jimmy Jean, Chief Economist and Strategist at Desjardins Group. Jimmy shared invaluable insights and analysis on the present economic landscape, providing a roadmap for what lies ahead.

GTA NextGen Alumni event

On November 9, 2023, our GTA NextGen Alumni came together at our 18 York office to listen to PwC speaker, Kyle Bassett, Partner, Cloud Practice Lead a, who discussed the latest trends in Generative AI solutions and their impact on businesses.

Who qualifies for the PwC Canada Alumni program?

All partners and full-time staff who have a minimum of six months service and left the firm in good standing are eligible for the PwC Canada Alumni program.

I recently changed jobs and/or my email address has changed. How can I stay connected to the PwC Canada Alumni program?

We’d love to stay connected to you. Keep us informed on any recent job changes and/or an update to your email address by filling out our stay in touch form.

If I worked for PwC in another territory, am I eligible to join the PwC Canada Alumni program?

If you have a minimum of six months service with PwC Canada and left the firm in good standing, you’re eligible to become a member of the PwC Canada Alumni program and join our LinkedIn group.

Who do I contact if I need information about my pension, benefits, payroll or income tax or require a letter of employment?

You can call the PwC National Service Centre at 1-877-792-5535. You will be asked to select a preferred language—and then choose Human Capital Support.
