Status of file as of September 17, 2020

On September 17, 2020 (the “Date of Bankruptcy”), each of Lift & Co. Corp. (“Lift Corp”) and Lift Co. Ltd (“Lift Ltd”), made an assignment into bankruptcy for the general benefit of creditors pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT (“PwC”) was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee, of the estates of Lift Corp and Lift Ltd (“Trustee”).

Notice of the bankruptcy and the first meeting of creditors, a proof of claim form and materials relating to the bankruptcy proceedings for each of the Companies (the “Notice”) will be sent by the Trustee pursuant to the provisions of the BIA. Copies of the Notices will be posted on the “Notices and Proof of Claim form” page of this website.
