Status of file as of June 17, 2022

On May 26, 2022, an order was granted by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta (“Receivership Order”) appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Receiver of Emkade Distribution Inc. ("Emkade" or the "Company"); however, by a further order of the Court that same day, the Receivership Order was temporarily stayed from coming into force. The stay was deemed to have been lifted on June 17, 2022, such date being the effective date of the Receivership.
