On February 2, 2021 (the “Date of Bankruptcy”) Paperchase Canada Retail Ltd. (the “PCRL” or the “Company”), made an assignment into bankruptcy for the general benefit of creditors pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT (“PwC”) was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee, of the estate of PCRL (“Trustee”).

Notice of the bankruptcy and the first meeting of creditors (the “Meeting”) and materials relating to the bankruptcy proceedings (the “Notice”) was sent by the Trustee on February 9, 2021 to all known creditors of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of the BIA. Copy of the Notice is available under “Notices” section of this website.
