Following the bankruptcy of Vacances Beltour (9107-7107 Québec Inc.) in February 2021, the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC) appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Claims administrator for the claims submitted to the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents (CFCTA) in connection with this file.

The customers of Vacances Beltour who purchased tourist services but did not obtain them are invited to file a claim with the CFCTA.
