On March 17, 2026, the Superior Court of Québec issued an order approving, among other things, the sale of the property located at 6600 Saint-Urbain Street, Montréal, Québec, the distribution of the net sale proceeds, and the discharge of the receiver upon issuance of the Receiver’s Certificate.

Status of File as of June 10, 2025

On June 3, 2025, at the request of the secured creditor Business Development Bank of Canada, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee, became receiver of the building located at 6600, Saint-Urbain Street, Montreal, Quebec, belonging to 9464-3889 Québec Inc., following an order of the Superior Court of Quebec.
