Status of file as at March 25, 2025

On March 17, 2025 the Receiver filed its First and Final Report to inform the Court of the Receiver's activities and seek approval of the following:

Receiver's activities, including fees and disbursements of the Receiver and its legal counsel;
Proposed sale of the property;
Final distribution to Servus Credit Union;
Discharging the Receiver effective upon the Receiver's Completion Affidavit; and,
Temporary sealing of the Confidential Addendum.

Status of file as at February 8, 2024

On February 8, 2024, an order was granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta ("Receivership Order") appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of C170 Properties Inc. ("C170"). A copy of the Receivership Order can be accessed under the Court Orders tab of this website.

Status of file as at January 19, 2024

On January 19, 2024, an order was granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta ("Interim Receivership Order") appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as interim receiver of C170 Properties Inc. ("C170"). A copy of the Interim Receivership Order can be accessed under the Court Orders tab of this website.
