Status of file as of October 29, 2021

On August 2, 2021, the Trustee has transmitted to the St-Jerôme Courthouse all the documents necessary for the taxation of its accounts. Following receipt by the Trustee of its duly taxed Trustee's Statement of Receipts and Disbursements (which the Trustee has not yet received as of October 29, 2021), the Trustee shall send to the creditors who have proven their claim a Notice of Final Dividend and Application for Discharge of Trustee together with a dividend sheet. If no creditor objects to the distribution provided for in the dividend sheet, the dividend shall be paid to the creditors listed in the dividend sheet within fifteen (15) days after the mailing of the said notice.

The Proposal, as filed with the Official Receiver by Métaux M.P.I. Inc. on October 15, 2019, has been fully performed as of July 7, 2020. More information on the distribution to creditors will follow.

Status of file as of October 24, 2019

On October 24, 2019, following the filing of a motion by Métaux M.P.I, Inc., the Superior Court of Québec issued an order approving the proposal of Métaux M.P.I. Inc. accepted by the creditors at a meeting held on the 4^th day of October 2019. We refer you to the order dated October 24, 2019 for more details.

Status of file as of October 8, 2019

An application will be made to the Court, on the 24^th day of October 2019, to approve the proposal of Métaux M.P.I. Inc. accepted by the creditors at a meeting held on the 4th day of October 2019. Status of file as of September 24, 2019

Métaux M.P.I. Inc. has lodged with us a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on September 16, 2019. A general meeting of the creditors will be held at the office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, Sunlife Building, 1155 Metcalfe Street, Room 1071, Montréal, Québec  H3B 2V6, on the 4^th day of October 2019 at 10:30 a.m.

Status of file as at April 4, 2019

Métaux M.P.I. Inc. has filed with the Official Receiver a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 4^th day of April 2019.
