Take notice that David (Dan) Nessim Ifergan is deemed to have filed an assignment following the creditors' refusal of his proposal at a meeting held on April 26, 2022.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt took place immediately after the creditors’ refusal of the proposal during which PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee (Eric Tadros, CPA, CIRP, LIT, trustee in charge), was appointed as substituted trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the creditors and confirmed as such by the official receiver.
