Status as of Mar 23, 2026

The Receiver has engaged a new realtor, Varing Marketing Group, to market and sell the properties. All inquiries regarding the sale of the properties should be directed at Joe Varing at joe@varinggroup.com.

Status as of April 1, 2025

The Receiver has engaged Colliers to market and sell the properties. Any parties who are interested in purchasing the properties should reach out to Jennifer Darling (Jennifer.Darling@colliers.com) and Geoffrey Charters (Geoffrey.Charters@colliers.com).

Status Update as of February 18, 2025

On February 18, 2025, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an Order appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwC") as the Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver") without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of 1385954 B.C. Ltd., Elykwood Forest Products Ltd. and 1337073 B.C. Ltd. The Order can be found under the Court Orders section.
