Status of file as of February 17, 2026

SRTX Inc., Sheertex Inc., SRTX Software Holdings ULC & Octagon Performance Materials Inc. (the "Debtors") each have filed with the Official Receiver a “Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal” pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on February 17, 2026.

Pursuant to Section 69 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, all proceedings against the Debtors are stayed as of the date of filing the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal with the Official Receiver.

An application for the issuance of an approval and reverse vesting order and other ancillary relief filed by the Debtors will be presented to the Court on February 24, 2026. We refer you to the “Court Motions and Orders” section for more details.
