Status of file as of December 23, 2025

10696030 Canada Inc. and 10696056 Canada Inc. (the "Debtosr") each have filed with the Official Receiver a “Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal” pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 17th day of December 2025.

Pursuant to Section 69 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, all proceedings against the Debtors are stayed as of the date of filing the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal with the Official Receiver.

Furthermore, following a request filed by the Debtors and the Trustee, the Superior Court of Quebec issued, on December 18, 2025, an approval, assignment and vesting order as well as an order of dismissal.
