Status of file as of July 10, 2025

On July 10, 2025, a bankruptcy order was made against Imex Agro Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT (Eric Tadros, CPA, CIRP, LIT, Trustee in charge) was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the Court.
