Status of File as of October 15, 2022
In September 2022, the Receiver engaged Colliers to market and sell the Radium Scout First Building (the "Building") located in Fort McMurray, Alberta. The Building is a four-storey multi-use condominium complex with underground parking. Construction was completed in 2017. The Building is comprised of 84 residential units on floors two through four, of which 16 were previously sold to third parties, leaving 68 residential condominiums available for sale. In addition, there are 4 main floor commercial units available for sale. A copy of Colliers' marketing brochure is posted in the Marketing and Sales Process Information section of this website. Status of File as of July 25, 2022
On July 15, 2022, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Receiver of Radium Scout First Ltd. (“Radium” or the “Company”) and Administrator of Condominium Corporation No. 1823263 (“Condominium Corp.”) pursuant to Orders granted by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.
