OMSignal Inc. filed an assignment on the 25th day of January 2019, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee (Chrisitan Bourque, CPA, CA, CIRP, LIT), was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on February 19, 2019, at 10:00 am at the office of the trustee, 1250 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, Suite 2500, Boardroom 2524, Montréal, Quebec H3B 4Y1.
