Status of file as of October 2, 2026

On September 24, 2026 Innovative Capital Protection (GP) Inc., Everis Global Insurance Corp., and Everis Insurance Inc. (collectively, the "Companies") were assigned into bankruptcy.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT was appointed Trustee in bankruptcy on September 25, 2026.

On September 29, 2026, a notice of the bankruptcy and the first meeting of creditors (the "Notice"), a proof of claim form and materials relating to the bankruptcy proceedings were sent to all known creditors of the Companies.

The First Meeting of Creditors for each of the Companies will be held at the following date and time(s) at 2900, 111- 5 Avenue S.W., Calgary, AB or using the Microsoft Teams Platform:
