On October 27, 2026, the Reasons for Decision were issued by the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta for the application heard on October 23,2026. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT was appointed as receiver and manager of all current and future assets, undertakings, and properties of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd.
