Status of file as of April 14, 2026

On April 9, 2026, the Superior Court of Québec issued an order approving, among other things, the sale of the properties located at 5955 Marie-Victorin Boulevard, Brossard, Quebec, and at 1052 Lionel-Daunais Street, #203, Boucherville, Québec, the distribution of the net sale proceeds, and the discharge of the receiver upon issuance of the Receiver’s Certificate.

Status of file as of June 27, 2025 

On June 20, 2025, at the request of the secured creditor Business Development Bank of Canada, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee, became receiver of certain assets belonging to Gestion Privamed Inc., following an order of the Superior Court of Quebec.
