Status of the file as of July 25, 2025

On July 25, 2025, Orders were granted by the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, approving the Receiver’s activities, the fees and disbursements of the Receiver and it’s legal counsel and the interim distribution to the secured creditor. Copies of the Court Orders can be accessed under the Court Orders tab of this website.

Status of the file as of July 11, 2025

On July 11, 2025, the Receiver filed its Second Report to inform the Court of the Receiver's activities and seek approval of the following:

• Receiver's activities to date;
• Approving the Interim Distribution; and,
• Approving the fees and disbursements of the Receiver and its legal counsel, rendered to date.

Status of file as of December 4, 2024

On December 4, 2024, the Receiver filed its First Report to inform the Court of the Receiver's activities and seek approval of the following:

• Receiver's activities to date; 
• Proposed sales to various parties; 
• Joint Venture APA; and, 
• The temporary sealing of the Confidential Addendum. 

A copy of the First report can be accessed under the Receiver's Reports tab of this website. The application will be heard on December 13, 2024, at 2:00PM MST.

Status of file as of April 24, 2024

On April 24, 2024, an order was granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta ("Receivership Order") appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as receiver of Northlink Supply Ltd. ("Northlink"). A copy of the Receivership Order can be accessed under the Court Orders tab of this website.

Status of file as of April 11, 2024 

On April 11, 2024, an order was granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta ("Interim Receivership Order") appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as interim receiver of Northlink Supply Ltd. ("Northlink"). A copy of the Interim Receivership Order can be accessed under the Court Orders tab of this website.
