On May 15, 2026, on application by the Be in Christ Church of Canada (the “Applicant”), pursuant to an order (the “Receivership Order”) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court”), and in accordance with section 253 of the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, S.C. 2009, c.23 and section 101 of the Court of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT (“PwC”) was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver”), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of BIC Fund (the “BIC Fund”).
Any person wishing to be added to the Service List should fill out a Request for Notice, attached as Schedule “A” to the Receivership Order and available on the Court Orders page of this website.
