On October 9, 2026, at the request of the secured creditor Business Development Bank of Canada, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee, became receiver of certain assets of Investissement Hatley Inc., following an order of the Superior Court of Quebec.
