On November 19, 2025 a Certificate of Discharge was filed with the Count of King's Bench of Alberta.

Status of file as of August 15, 2019 

The Receiver is inviting offers for the purchase of all of the Receiver's right, title and interest in and to the assets of Bearspaw. Offer deadline is October 4, 2019 at 3:00 pm (MST).

On May 16, 2019, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT was appointed Receiver of Bearspaw Country Club Ltd. pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.
