Status of file as of October 26, 2026

The Receiver commenced a sale and solicitation process (the “SISP”), which includes soliciting interest and bids from potential purchasers and investors. Details regarding the SISP, including key dates, milestones, and process documents, are available under the Sale Process tab above.

Any interested parties who wish to participate in the Sale Process should reach out to the Receiver at Kirandeep Dhillon (kirandeep.dhillon@pwc.com) and Hubert Wong (hubert.wong@pwc.com) for more details. The Receiver will be accepting LOIs from Potential Bidders (as defined in the SISP) until December 11, 2026 at 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).

Status of file as of August 13, 2026

On August 13, 2026, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an Order appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwC") as the Receiver without security of all the property, assets and undertakings of Alliance Wingsail (Clark and 1st) Holdings Ltd., Alliance Wingsail (Clark and 1st) Limited Partnership and Alliance Wingsail (Clark and 1st) GP Ltd..
