On August 13, 2026, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an Order appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwC") as the Receiver without security of all the property, assets and undertakings of Alliance Wingsail (Clark and 1st) Holdings Ltd., Alliance Wingsail (Clark and 1st) Limited Partnership and Alliance Wingsail (Clark and 1st) GP Ltd..
