On November 3, 2025, Gestion LAR Inc., LAR International Inc. and 9548-9035 Quebec Inc. & 9548-9076 Quebec Inc. were declared bankrupt following the filing of an assignment by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., in its capacity as Monitor.

Status of file as of October 28, 2025

On October 28, 2025, the Superior Court of Québec issued an Order for the consolidation of the bankruptcies of certain Debtors and other ancillary orders, as well as a Rectified reverse vesting order.

Status of file as of October 14, 2025

On October 14, 2025, the Superior Court of Québec issued an Order extending, among others, the stay of proceedings against the Debtors to January 16, 2026.

On September 24, 2025, the Superior Court of Québec issued a corrective judgment and a rectified reverse vesting order.

Status of file as of September 12, 2025

On September 12, 2025, the Superior Court of Québec issued an amended and restated initial order extending the stay of all proceedings against the Debtors to October 15, 2025.

On the same day, the Superior Court issued a reverse vesting order regarding the contemplated sale transaction.

Status of file as of September 5, 2025

On September 5, 2025, the Superior Court of Québec issued an initial order (the “Initial Order”) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA” and the “CCAA Proceedings”) in respect of Groupe LAR Inc., LAR International Inc., LAR Machinerie Inc., LAR Matagami Inc., Consultants Procad Inc., Gestion LAR Inc. and iCrane Systems Inc. (the “Debtors”).

The Initial Order provides for an initial stay of all proceedings until September 15, 2025, and appoints PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as monitor of the business and financial affairs of the Debtors (the “Monitor”).
