TAKE NOTICE that, on the 23rd day of March 2018, Me Chantal Flamand, Registrar, has approved and homologated the proposal of Quest Rare Minerals Ltd. dated January 3, 2018, as amended on January 11, 2018, accepted by the creditors at a meeting held on the 24th day of January 2018.

TAKE NOTICE that, the hearing which was to be held on the 13^th day of February 2018 having been postponed, Quest Rare Minerals Ltd. will make the application to the Court, at Montréal, on the 23^rd day of March 2018, at 8:45 a.m., to approve the amended proposal of Quest Rare Minerals Ltd., accepted by the creditors at a meeting held on the 24^th day of January 2018.

Status of file as of January 12, 2018

TAKE NOTICE that Quest Rare Minerals Ltd. has filed with the Official receiver an amended proposal on the 12th day of January 2018. The Notice of Proposal to Creditors as well as the Report of the Trustee on the Financial Situation of the Debtor and on the Proposal has been mailed to creditors on January 12, 2018. These documents regarding the vote on said amended proposal are now available in the section ''Notice to creditors''.
