Flex-Cap Inc. filed an assignment on the 2nd day of May 2025, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee, was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on May 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. by videoconference, the access link for which is available by contacting the Trustee at the following email address: ca_pwc_qc@pwc.com.
