Status of file as of March 31, 2026

On March 23, 2026 and March 27, 2026, following the filing of motions by 9468-4545 Québec Inc., Nexus Construction Inc. and Nexxum Real Estate Inc., the Superior Court of Québec issued orders extending the time to file a Proposal and the Stay Period to May 11, 2026.

We refer you to the orders dated March 23, 2026 and March 27, 2026 for more details. Also, since no extension was requested for submitting a proposal, Modena Holdings Inc. is now deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy.

More details on this matter will follow in the coming days.

Status of file as of March 16, 2026

Nexus Construction-Ontario Inc. filed an assignment on the 12th day of March 2026, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT, was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on March 30, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. by videoconference. A link to the Meeting is provided below:

Status of file as of February 26, 2026

9468-4545 Québec Inc., Modena Holdings Inc., Nexus Contruction Inc. and Nexxum Real Estate Inc. (the "Debtors") have each filed with the Official Receiver a “Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal” pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 25th day of February 2026.

Pursuant to Section 69 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, all proceedings against the Debtors are stayed as of the date of filing the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal with the Official Receiver.
