Cost Controller for Human capital area

Are you passionate about data analysis? Are you able to transform data into valuable insights? Do you have an analytical mindset?

We are looking for a Cost Controller for Human capital area to join PwC. We will provide you the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, billing process, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing professional controlling work - FTE controlling, FTE cost planning and analysis
  • Controlling payroll cost
  • Create analyses focusing on staff cost , product/ division effectiveness
  • Participate in an elaboration of budget and financial forecast/ reports
  • Analyse, prepare and comment on management reports
  • Improvement and harmonization of existing reports and processes
  • Participation on Continuous Improvement projects

Personality requirements and skills

  • Graduate degree in finance or economics
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Advanced Excel level required
  • Willingness to participate in improvement activities and automatization
  • Strong intellectual, organizational & technical skills with a desire to seek new learning opportunities to stay technical and relevant
  • Self-Starter capable of deciding what needs to be done without being told

Non Financial Risk Management Analyst

We offer a challenging opportunity for a talented, self-motivated and well-organised individual who has a sense for detail and will be capable to support our Tax, Legal & Advisory departments to help them accomplish all necessary administration to get over the respective risk matters.

Your challenges will include:

  • Assistance with research for client acceptance purposes (includes independence status of a potential client, background checks on new companies, obtaining information about clients and third parties from publically available sources, etc.)
  • Complete pre-engagement compliance tasks, including client and engagement acceptance, clearance of third parties, etc.
  • Checking background of jobs already provided to client or 3rd parties and their potential conflicts (ethical walls) ​
  • Advising staff on risk management policies and procedures for engagement set up
  • Close cooperation & consultation with local and regional Risk Management / Independence team
  • Arrange a complete documentation including preparation of necessary system records and ensure that the appropriate correspondence is filed

Accountant for Internal Firm Services

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analyzing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Accounting team helps internal leaders with fixed assets accounting and asset management, financial reporting, accounting research and analysis, statutory and regulatory reporting, and data security. As part of the team, you’ll assist with monthly closings, financial analysis, oversight and management of controls and compliance, tax and cash projections and data security.
