CHROs are counting on new tech being worth the investment. According to PwC’s August 2023 Pulse Survey, nearly three quarters (74%) say they expect to use GenAI to support new business models in the next 12 to 18 months. In fact, a majority of CHROs (83%) say they’re doing more to address cost optimization this year than last, but those savings can be more valuable when reinvested into the organization. Two-thirds (67%) of human capital leaders are implementing new technologies specifically to support their HR functions, and 80% are training existing employees on new tech or have a plan in place to do so.

As concerns mount over whether companies and business models will remain viable in the face of major technological shifts, organizing your workforce strategy around the skills you have and the skills you need can help you unlock greater value with existing resources. Join PwC’s GenAI and workforce transformation leaders to learn how GenAI is being used in workforce operations today and how you and your organization can be better positioned to take advantage of the continued technological improvements of tomorrow.
