To help our clients build trust and deliver sustained outcomes, PwC provides professional services across two segments: Trust Solutions and Consulting Solutions. Building on a culture of belonging through diversity and inclusion

We continue to build a culture of belonging—one where we move from awareness to empathy and demonstrate inclusive leadership. As much as we’ve learned from our progress, we know that we’re not yet where we want to be. We believe the first step to progress is being accountable so that’s why we’re transparent in sharing what has worked well and identifying what hasn't. In 2020, we published our first-ever Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Transparency Report, which reports on our diversity strategy and data and the progress of our actions. Moving forward, we’ve committed to release this report annually.

The D&I journey is one of the most difficult challenges for an organization to take on—but like most things of utmost importance, it’s the right thing to do. As a firm, we are dedicated to making deliberate decisions, having difficult conversations, consulting with outside specialists and learning as we continue to strengthen our culture of belonging.
