My international background, having worked on three different continents and developed connectivity across PwC for over 11 years, helps me bridge the gaps between international and US parties across a transaction, understand differences in process dynamics, negotiation styles as well as market and individual drivers key to a transaction.
My connectivity with our global network also helps me cover US financial sponsors, providing them with deal flow from US, Canada and others. I also spend time in sectors which have a strong international angle such as Transportation & Logistics.
