US Assurance Human Capital Leader, PwC US
Don is PwC's US Assurance Human Capital Leader and is responsible for our people strategy and operations of the US Assurance business. His responsibilities include people engagement, talent management, performance management, talent development, sourcing, and diversity and inclusion. In his role, he serves on the US Assurance Leadership Team, the US Human Capital Leadership Team and the Global Assurance Human Capital Team.
Don has over 25 years of experience in professional services leading and growing businesses in the firm and consulting with clients in the areas of business transformation, strategy, technology consulting, business performance improvement and risk management. Areas of expertise include leadership, technology strategy and effectiveness, business transformation, leadership, and management.
Don has assisted organizations with a wide variety of assignments designed to improve business performance, enable transparency, and achieve strategic objectives. In particular his ability to think strategically, plan and organize for success have generated sustainable results and reinforced his accomplishments as a leader. Don is also a very highly respected partner and leader in PwC. Since his admission to the partnership in 1997, Don has served in a number of roles in the firm, served on several committees and is an active and visible leader in our efforts around diversity and inclusion. He is a very well respected business leader and frequently consults with executives on both their personal as well as organizational success.
