Stephan is a Director on PwC's Luxembourg tax desk in New York. He has been assigned to PwC US from the PwC Luxembourg Financial Services and Alternative Investments Tax Team.

Stephan has more than ten years of experience in Luxembourg and international tax and has been advising a variety of clients across different industries including banking, insurance, asset management, automotive, pharmaceuticals and alternative investment fund structures with regards to Luxembourg and international tax matters.

Stephan's clients are investing in Luxembourg or through a Luxembourg platform. He follows a holistic approach with a focus on international tax structuring, financing, mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence and tax compliance.

Stephan is a certified German tax adviser and a certified Luxembourg accountant.
