Michael McHale

Mike is a partner in our Transaction Services Group in New York and has been with PwC for over 25 years. Mike is the leader of our Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice for Transaction Services in the Americas. Mike has provided a broad range of infrastructure related services to corporate and financial sponsor clients, including target searches and evaluations, industry strategic assessments, business and financial due diligence, accounting and tax structure advice, and post-merger integration and exit analysis. In addition, Mike has developed substantial accounting and SEC reporting experience and has been responsible for numerous initial and secondary public offerings.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and received his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University. He holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
