Dan Redrupp

Dan is a Director on PwC's UK tax desk in New York, having been assigned from PwC’s International Tax and Treasury team in the UK. He is responsible for advising the US firm and their clients on UK tax matters and linking with the PwC UK firm as appropriate.

Dan's particular areas of expertise include cross border structuring, intra group-reorganizations, finance & treasury, as well as other international tax issues. This includes a range of large private equity and corporate transactions.

His clients include US private equity funds investing across Europe, as well as multinational corporations investing into the UK.

Dan holds a BSc in Economics and is a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales).
