US Assurance human capital leader, PwC US

Keri is the human capital leader for PwC's US Assurance practice and a member of the Assurance leadership team and the overall US people leadership team. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic development, direction and implementation of the people strategy, including workforce planning, recruitment, development, talent management, rewards and retention programs for the practice. 

Prior to her current role, Keri was the leader of PwC's US/Mexico Rewards Center of Expertise at PwC where she was responsible for leading the development, implementation and communication of the Firm's Total Rewards strategies, policies and programs with a goal of recognizing and rewarding the firm's most important differentiator - our people. 

Keri is a recognized expert in the areas of compensation strategy, alignment of the people strategy with business priorities, and driving HR program adoption with clear metrics and accountability. In her more than 20 years with the firm, Keri has held a number of leadership roles within the People organization supporting both LoS and xLoS teams, specifically in the areas of talent management, strategy, analytics and diversity and inclusion. Keri has also led numerous firmwide strategic initiatives, including the rollout of Workday Compensation in the US, the launch of PwC’s Student Loan Paydown benefit, and the redesign of PwC's Total Rewards strategy.
