2023年4月1日から、中小企業の月60時間を超える法定時間外労働について、割増賃金率が50%に引き上げられます。
2023年4月1日から、常時雇用する労働者数が1,000人超の事業主に対し、男性労働者の育児休業等の取得状況を年1回公表することが義務付けられます。
2023年度の雇用保険料率が、0.2%引き上げとなります。
