Robert (Rob) Kissner-Ventimiglia has over fifteen years of experience working at member firms of the PwC global network in Asia, North America, and Europe, with over half of that time spent in Japan. He assists clients in structuring cross-border real estate investments and analysing acquisitions for the maximisation of tax benefits.
Rob’s clients invest in a wide variety of assets and companies and include fund managers, real estate developers, asset managers, private equity firms, renewable energy companies, hospitality companies, high net worth individuals, family offices and banks.
Rob has a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in International Law from The George Washington University Law School and an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the Bar of New York.
