The China Sourcing Initiative (CSI) launched in 2007. Through CSI, dedicated PwC China-Hong Kong recruitment professionals in the US recruit individuals who have valuable Chinese language skills. The initiative has successfully placed hundreds of individuals throughout various cities within China, many of whom who have leveraged on their international exposure and developed as trusted business advisors to PwC China-Hong Kong’s clients based in the growing Asian market.
We recruit talent for Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macau in Core Assurance, Risk Assurance, Tax, Deals and Consulting. CSI job seekers will follow the same selection process as job seekers who are based in China and Hong Kong, without having to travel there.
