Transformed HR operations and defined an experience-led change management strategy leveraging Workday

A large, not-for-profit health system was using an HR/Payroll system that lacked functionality and self service capabilities. As part of its HR transformation efforts, they implemented Workday HCM to modernize their technology platform. PwC used an innovative approach that centered around the caregiver that defined how they would interact with the system and how the change would impact their daily activities. This enabled them to eliminate redundancies, expand their mobile service offerings and increase caregiver productivity.
