Matt Wood

Most recently at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Matt brings a wealth of experience, having spent the last 15 years working across industries. At AWS, he accelerated innovation in the cloud and developed major new areas of innovation using data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Prior to joining Amazon, Matt completed his Ph.D. in machine learning and a post-doc in bioinformatics at Weill-Cornell Medicine in NYC.

Based in Seatle, Washington, Matt enjoys great food, music, and relaxing in mountain cabins—often all at once.
