Jonathan Flack

Partner, US Family Enterprises Leader, PwC US

Jonathan is the Private Company Services’ (PCS) Sectors Leader, leader of the Family Business Services practice and an assurance partner in PwC’s Nashville office. As Sectors Leader, he coordinates the strategy, marketing, staff development and go-to-market approach with each of the leaders of our PCS sectors (Inbounds, Family Business, Private Equity and Law Firms).

In his role leading the US family business practice, Jonathan spearheads the strategy, operations, talent development, thought-leadership and marketing for the sector.  His efforts focus on developing collaborative, trusted and valued relationships with his family business clients, anticipating their needs and creating the right approach to help them achieve their business goals.

Jonathan is a lead engagement partner to some of the U.S.’s largest family-owned businesses. In that capacity, he leverages PwC’s extensive global network of partners and works with external advisors (attorneys, family business counselors, trust advisors) as needed to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions to multi-generational family businesses.

Jonathan has developed extensive international experience with multi-billion dollar private clients. He started his career in the Carolinas working on large privately-held businesses in the retail, distribution, media, and manufacturing industries.

Jonathan received a BA from Wofford College and is a member of the Tennessee and South Carolina Societies of Certified Public Accountants.  He serves as vice-chairman of the board for Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, and is on the board of the University of Tennessee Accounting and Information Systems Advisory Board.
