About the program

During your fellowship you’ll be matched to a business segment that aligns with your skills and interests. PwC’s community of solvers are transforming how we serve our clients, via a human-led and tech-powered approach across our segments: Trust Solutions, Consulting Solutions and Products & Technology.  Potential placement  includes audit, tax, consulting and products and technology teams. 

  • Throughout the 12-week program, fellowship program participants will gain exposure to the firm and learn more about our business while applying their problem-solving and analytical skills to projects.
  • Individuals will have the opportunity to build their network and to gain exposure to our partners, principals and other client service professionals through working alongside them and via professional networking opportunities.
  • Following the completion of the fellowship individuals may be extended a full-time offer.

Program eligibility

To be eligible for the Veteran Transition Program, individuals must:

  • Be eligible to meet DoD SkillBridge (e.g. within 180 days of separation, have command approval, etc.)
  • Meet job requisition-specific basic qualifications
  • Be able to pass/clear PwC background and independence requirements
