About the program

Engineer Your Career is a three-day, in-person experience designed to introduce you to how PwC brings together human insight and emerging technology to solve complex problems. You’ll join a cohort of students from across the country to explore how we apply AI and other emerging technologies in real-world scenarios—and how you could play a part.

Through interactive sessions, hands-on activities and impactful conversations with professionals across our Lines of Service, you can gain perspectives on what a potential tech-powered career at PwC can look like. You'll have the opportunity to connect with technologists, problem solvers and leaders who are shaping what’s next—while building the clarity and confidence to map your own path forward.

Program dates: June 3 – 5, 2026 in Seattle, WA. Participants will be expected to travel to Seattle on June 2.  

How to apply

To be considered for an invitation to Engineer Your Career, you’ll need to apply and interview for one of PwC’s eligible entry-level internship opportunities.

Step 1: Apply

Step 2: First-round interview

  • If your application aligns with role qualifications, you may be invited to complete a technical assessment through a third-party platform, as well as a first-round behavioral interview focused on innovation and problem solving.

Step 3: Program invitation

Based on the results of the first-round interview, selected candidates will be invited to attend Engineer Your Career.

Step 4: Final-round interview

Following successful completion of Engineer Your Career, participants will be invited to participate in a second behavioral interview for consideration of a 2027 internship.  

Eligibility

For Engineer Your Career we are seeking individuals pursuing a bachelor’s degree who are in their sophomore year of a four-year degree program or junior year of a five-year degree program.

To be considered for Engineer Your Career, you must:

  • Apply to a 2027 AI Engineering/Data Scientist or Software Engineering internship.
  • Be pursuing a major in one of the following academic fields of study: Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, AI/AI Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems/Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics.

During the candidate selection process, recruiters are looking for individuals who meet our eligibility criteria and demonstrate some of the characteristics we find critical to success at PwC. At Engineer Your Career, we are looking for participants to remain engaged, excited and inquisitive throughout the event. 

Can you tell me about the cost, travel and logistics of this event? 
Travel and accommodations will be paid for by PwC. Details pertaining to program logistics will be communicated within the event invitation.

What if I can’t attend the whole event? 
Given the nature of this program, the event is available only to those students who can commit to attending the entire event. Please discuss any potential conflicts with your recruiter.
