National SALT Practice Leader, PwC US
Peter is the National Practice Leader of PwC’s State and Local Tax (SALT) practice. Prior to this role, Peter led the New York Metro SALT practice for PwC from 2010-2014. He has over 20 years of public accounting experience with a focus on complex nexus, apportionment, tax accounting, transactional and compliance issues, as well as state tax controversy matters.
Peter holds a B.S. in Finance/Economics from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA, Cum Laude J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA. Peter was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December, 1994 and is a member of the Wall Street Tax Association, New York City Partnership.
