Mikal Rabanus is a Partner in the PwC International Tax Services practice in Chicago, IL. Mikal's areas of expertise include advising on global acquisitions and restructurings and tax efficient financing structures. He also advises on foreign currency, financial product and foreign tax credit issues. Mikal earned a J.D. with honors from Chicago Kent College of Law and an LL.M in Taxation with honors from Northwestern University School of Law. Mikal is admitted to the Illinois bar.
