I enjoy working closely with clients on transformative transactions and helping solve their most challenging problems. I’ve completed two overseas assignments and I’m passionate about working on global engagements and with international teams.
I have 30+ years experience with complex accounting, tax and reporting issues including revenue recognition, M&A, carve-outs, equity formation and complex debt instruments. Currently the Global Engagement Partner for an international tech company, I’ve led large-scale teams on a wide range of projects including transaction structuring, financial due diligence and post-merger integration.
Dedicated to social equity, I serve on the board of Cristo Rey Work Study, providing college prep education to underserved students in Silicon Valley. I also advise the audit committee of the Leo Shortino Foundation, which supports at-risk youth in Santa Clara County.
Living and working abroad have been the highlights of my career. It has given me a passion for travel which I share with my wife and three sons.
